Hi and welcome to the forum. I assume you have debts that you can no longer service? In the first instance I would take a look at
www.iva.com there you will find a list of companies and reviews of these. Always talk to 2 or 3 companies to get impartial, free advice speicific to you.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
I reommend that you speak to a professional. Visit
www.iva.com for a list of companies and reviews. Give one or two a ring for free and impartial advice.
You would not have a joint IVA, possibly an interlocking one.
Do you have joint debts?

Do both of you have debts you cannot afford to pay, if so how much do you owe, and how much do you feel you could afford to allocate to creditor repayment on a monthly basis?

And how much disposable income do you both have to offer to creditors, once you have taken account of your household and personal expenditure?
