Hi,
All new to this site,very very usful info..
I,m thinking of offering a full and final settlement and need advice pleeeease!!
At the minute I am 11 months into my iva and make payments of £183 per month which is £10980 for the 5 years.I have paid for 11 months which is £2013 off and leaves me with £8967.
Would they accept an offerof £9000?

Any help would be very gratful.

Yeah the money is coming from my g/f,and there are a few reasons why I want to finish early.

1 - I have a daughter aince I started the IVA and this affecting me.

2 - Also for my health.I suffer with depression and the iva is not helping at all.
