Hi thanks for all the people who replied to my questions. I spoke to my brother and he agreed to give me £8500 for my f&f settlement. I spoke to my IP and she said she need a letter from my brother and letter from me. What kind of letter they need from my brother?? and also what i need to write in my letter??

It's just a letter saying that he is willing to put up the money for you. It should also say that the money is only there for full and final and will be withdrawn if the offer should be rejected.
I imagine yours will be along similar lines saying that you want to make an offer.
I'm sure someone else will be along with more specific advice soon.
