I think we can give our personal experience within IVA's and I'm sure it won't matter if we say which company.
I'm personally with Melanie who posts on the forum, Melanie is a lovely lady who tells it as it is and I'm more than happy with how my IVA is managed. If you take a look at my blog (link in signature) you'll notice that I didn't have an easy time at the beginning but due to having a good IP I got through it. Hope that helps.

I imagine it is probably £14k.
Could be that a DRO might be an option.

I'm with Payplan and have no problems so far.
You can do an IVA for less than £15k but Vicki does need to speak to a few companies before making a decision.

Im with Debt Lifeboat, recommended by cccs and at the time i knew nothing else. Wouldn't recommend based on my experience, the main one being i have never spoke to my IP only his secretary, ive tried and tried now given up, not long to go and its all over.
I can only echo what others have said speak to a couple of IP's and do whats best, saying that Mel on here has loads of positive feedback!

We're with payplan. And although were still in the early day we can't fault them at all. Good luck x
