Hi Helen,

Thanks for taking the time to reply.

I'll have a look at the statements, just browsing the net to see if there's any info!

Thanks,

Helen, you're so right.

This forum has been immensely helpful.

I'm so behind in getting all my paperwork together, I'm getting phone calls 5-6 times a day and living with parents is causing me more stress. I just don't know what to do.

I want to get all my bits together I'm having a hard time facing it all.

Apologies to go on!

You will probably find details of the head offices on the websites.

That's where I sent ours to.

Hi Vito

good luck with getting everything together - now how stressed you feel, we have just started our process, with letters going out to our Creditors, but the company that we are assigned to are writting on our behalfs, but phone calls from creditors still coming thick and fast!!!

Helen - what would you say would be the normal overall process time, ours has been about 1 month so far, and I thought is would be done in two months.??

Thanks
Sam x

Hi Sam,

It varies from person to person. My own was about 8 weeks, Helen's took about 6 months.

I'm sure it won't be long for you and a thorough IP will make sure everything is in place and able to run smoothly before calling the meeting. All the best. x

I sent out the letters that Melanie gave us on Friday. MBNA have already replied in writing and I have had constant phonecalls from Tesco all day today!

Trying to keep smiling but it's all a bit scary at the moment! I have sent all the paperwork required, so hopefully I won't have to wait too long before a proposal is drawn up.

Now the paperwork is in then it shouldn't take too long to get a proposal done.

Keep going, shouldn't be too long now till the meeting is arranged. Ours took between 5-6 from sending all stuff back. You've done the worst bit and admitted there was a problem. Leave it to your IP now. (easier said then done I know) Good luck xx
