Hi and welcome to the forum.
Take a look at
www.iva.com
You will find a list of IVA providers aalong with reviews on each.
Its recommended to give 2 or 3 a call to make sure all options are explained to you fully and you are comfy with it.
Each will provide you with free advice which will help you make a better informed decision.
Good luck

Hi and welcome to the forum.
If you visit
www.iva.com you will find a list of companies and reviews. Give one or two a ring and you will receive free and impartial advice.
You could also click on the expert link on the left hand side of the page and give a couple of those a ring. They come highly recommended.

Have a look at
www.iva.com for reviews of companies. Melanie Giles who posts frequently on here is possibly without doubt one of the nicest people you could ever have dealings with to help you get out of any financial mess. I didnt use her company but I know that many posters have done and are full of praise for her.
What I would advise is to contact a few companies and see that the advice you get is constant and if you decide that an IVA is the right way forward choose the firm that you feel most comfortable with as you have to work with them for a good few years.

Hi Nicola, Welcome to the forum, I used Melanie Giles after spending what seemed like a lifetime reading posts on here. I can honestly say that Melanie and her colleagues have been nothing but outstanding every step of the way. I personally only contacted Melanie, however if you read through posts on here people always recommend contacting several companies before deciding which one to go with.
Whatever you decide, rest assured there are always people on this forum to offer advice should you need it or even a sympathetic ear, we've all been where you are now and the advice given on here and the answers to questions you may have, I found invaluable.
Good luck with your quest to find a suitable IP and let us know how your going with it.

Hello there and welcome to the forum.
Have a look at
www.iva.com. Carefully read a few reviews and then choose Melanie Giles and her team. It amazes me to read stories of people having trouble contacting their IP. I once sent an email to my case worker, went through to turn on the kettle, my phone rang whilst the kettle was boiling, and there she was! 10 Minute conversation and my problem was sorted. I am so used to this service that I consider it normal!

I`m at the proposal finalising stage. I visited this forum and read many posts, got some great advice from other posters and then chose Melanie Giles and her team without speaking to other companies.
I don`t yet know what the outcome of my IVA proposal will be, but the help, advice and service I have had from everyone I have spoken to from Melanie`s team has been superb. Every time I`ve phoned with any questions or anxieties, no matter how busy they`ve been, someone has spoken to me immediately. Emails have been replied to the same day.
Whatever the outcome of my proposal, I am completely confident that I couldn`t have been represented by a better team.
