Message for Blair Endersby - Hi, Im trying to speak with my Account Manager or an IP at Blair Endersby as I need some guidence/comfort around a change in circumstances that provide me with some options on my IVA. I have called on numerous occassions and keep going through to helpdesk but to be honest the people are just reading from a script and im not getting to the bottom of my potencial options and they keep telling my account manager will call me but ive heard nothing... can you please help? I have also tried e-mailing the guy who helped set my IVA up who was excellent but his e-mail bounced back so im assuming he's left the business. I just need to speak to someone who can properley advise me on my situation as the longer its left the more stressed i get. I will try calling tomorrow again and hope to get through to an IP or my account manager...
