I have my telephone meeting on Monday, after which the paperwork should be drawn up and sent out for me to sign and send back. After that I believe it is submitted to the creditors and after 15 days the meeting is held to decide if it's a yay or nay.

My question is this..is it 15 working days or 15 days straight? I have creditors ringing/texting or sending me threatening letters everyday and it is getting very stressful. I don't think I can cope if this drags on into September!

You may find now that it will be September.

Don't let the creditors get to you. Either ignore them or just have prepared script ready. Reply to the letters politely and explain what is happening.

Things are moving on now, just hang on in there.

Hi Brightside

My IP recevied our documents back signed from us on the 3.8. Our meeting is for the 20.8. I was really suprised at the quick turn around. Hope you get your date soon.

I hope you do get one before September.

It may all depend upon your IP and their workload.

The timescale is 16 days which are actual days and not working days.
