Not that I am expecting this in the next 20/30 years but what happens if you die whilst in an IVA??

I don't know for certain, but I imagine the debt dies with you. I'm sure an expert will answer that question.
In the meantime keep taking the vitamins! [:D]

Hi
Creditors will have a claim on your estate, same as if you were not in an IVA.
If you have no assets then the debt will be written off.

Hi,
Thanks for that. I can go out and live my life now, and maybe get back to the parasailing and scuba diving one day!!!!

Hi nepensioner
Interesting question as I also wondered about this. Not that I want it to happen in the next 50 years plus at lease, but you never know.

Hi Hammie.
I asked the question because I don't want my family to know what I am up to, however when I think about this logically, if it happens I won't be around to disover the answer!!!
