I'm in an IVA which started, Jan 2010, I'm wanting to try an save what money i have left, am i ok to open a straight forward savings account?

Yes you can open a savings account. It'a good idea.

Sorry, but another question for you. What would Payplan ask for when my first review is due,which will be Jan 2011, I know one thing will be wage slips, which they get every three months, so they shouldn't ask for them again, should they?. Oh been to Halifax got an appt, had a quick chat and shouldn't be a problem opening a savings account.

Just the normal three months wage slips and a new I&E which will probably be done over the phone.
