I have been using for the past 3 years a company called synergipartners for my IVA. Could you tell me if they are viable company? I found it strange when I asked them for there bank details and the account name is the supervisor looking after my IVA. Thanks

Has Synergi been taken over by Cleardebt?
If it's the same company they have, wait around for clarification from another poster. x

David Mond is the CEO of Cleardebt who have taken over the Synergi book.
He and Cleardebt are trustworthy beyond question

Of course the name of the person on your IVA bank account is the Supervisor! Who else would be handling the funds?
