Hi I am on a roll tonight this is my 3rd post in about 10 minutes all on totally different subjects..

I am 32 payments into my 60 month IVA, I pay £720 per month.

I have a family member who may be in a situation to pay off the remainder of my IVA.

Is this possible?
If so what would the process be?
Is there an early settlement discount etc..

It is possible to offer a lump sum to clear your IVA early. You would need to find out how much they would be prepared to advance to you, and then take advice from your own IP as to whether they feel this would represent a viable offer of settlement to your creditors. It is unlikely that you would negotiate a discount for early settlement, but of course this will depend on the circumstances of your particular case.
