Hi
I hope everyone is well, just wanted to update everyone on how things were going after my IVA was completed by full and final settlement.
I have received my paperwork and certificate of completion which is dated 29/10/10. Does this mean that this is the date my IVA was officially concluded?
Do i need to send this to the credit reference agencies or will their records update automatically to show that the IVA has been completed? My name is still on the insolvency register is it true that it will stay on there for another 3 months?
Well im really happy that the paperwork has come through and now its sunk in that my IVA is really over had to wait quite long to get it.
Its true that good things happen all at once i am getting a payrise from work!!!!!!!!!!!! My IVA ran for almost 2 years but im really glad that ive come out the other end. I still remember when everything was a mess and i made the call to get some help, and im really glad i did.
My IVA monthly payments were £377 a month and i paid 22 of these it was tough but it was the responsible thing to do.
For those of you currently in the IVA journey i would like to wish you good luck, and just remember that there is an end!
Kind Regards
