We are looking into an IVA and I am just wondering what info we will need to provide. ie.will we need to provide up to date credit card statements etc or do we just need to say who the credit card is with and how much approx owing?

Hi do it now if you think you need to -you will need to provide all documents statements of what is owed etc. but it is worth it believe me I am 4 years into a 5 year IVA and it was like winning the lotto when this was approved it's tough but not as tough as worrying how you are going to pay your next bill that's for sure. Good luck

You will need wage slips, proof of any benefits, up to date creditor statements, mortgage statement or tenancy agreement, proof of any childcare costs, proof of ID, proof of address, council tax bill and you'll need to complete a debt history.

You'll also need a full list of income and expenditure so that a payment amount can be worked out.

Your IP will definately need updated statements of account for each creditor. Have they not provided you with a detailed list of what is needed?
