Hi benben,
Having checked out the website they do have a complaints procedure if you are unhappy with any aspect of their service.
Have you had problems with them? I doubt anyone on here will have used them as those of us in an IVA cannot take on credit anyway.

One of those firms that charge you a fee to find a loan for you.I had dealings with a similar company many years ago-paid them 95.00 and nothing happened-tried to get my money back and they hid behind the small print.Another company praying on the vulnerable.

In a similar vein, welcomeloans.co.uk are a similar outfit. Ibwas trying to arrange a loan to buy a reliable car, I filled in an online form, got a call back a day later saying I'd been approved for a loan of 4k over 60 months at just £93 a month (not a bad APR for someone with 2 ccjs and umpteen defaults!) and that I had to pay a fee of £60 "because they had to work so hard to find such a good loan for someone like me". I explained I didn't have enough in my bank to pay this so they asked for my debit card details so they could take it when I got paid. I did this and they said the loan agreements would be sent out for me to sign and the money would be in my account in 7 working days. No documents arrived, I called them on the advertised customer services number several times, the line just went dead after a few minutes and I never succeeded in speaking to anyone. Anyway, I googled them and lots of forums and articles about them being a scam came up. I rang NatWest the day before I got paid and cancelled my debit card so they couldn't steal £60 from my account.
What did I learn? If something looks too good to be true, it probably is!
Even the more (Tongue in cheek moment!) reputable Welcome Finance have a disclaimer on their home page warning people not to confuse them with welcome loans an that anybody should be wary of any company asking for an upfront fee to process a loan.

Unsecured loan brokers do seem to be in the news a bit at the moment largely because people are complaining that they have been charged a fee and then are having difficulty getting their money back if and when no loan is made available.
I would be very wary of any loan company or broker who asks for an up front fee.

I wouldn't touch anyone who asked for an upfront fee with a ten foot barge pole!

Surely if they get a loan for you they could wait until it was in your bank account to be paid !!
