Hi,

Firstly, good luck for the 31st!

Secondly, your creditors will vote by phone or fax, sometimes before the day but you won't find out the result until after the time of the meeting. If there are to be any amendments then you will be informed of them when you get the call to say whether it has been approved or not.

Hi and good luck x

Most ammendments are about IP fees so nothing for you to worry about.

Hi
Just to add, if there are modifications that affect your repayments, you will probably get a phone call to discuss and agree before the creditors meeting ends, if the modifications do not affect your payments then it is likely your IP will agree them. Hope this helps and good luck

We were told about ours after the meeting ended, but even if you do have modifications (which are usually to do with IP fees so nothing for you to worry about) you have 14 days to think about them.

Most modifications are not actually about IP fees - they are usually about minor issues that are unlikely to affect you and often which are already provided for within the IVA proposal if creditors had cared to read it.
