Apologies if I upset anyone with my happiness !

We have finally received our certificate of completion and final report to creditors following the F&F in November 2010 - we paid 97.99p in the £ back - I have a smile from ear to ear !

The second news of the day is that a mortgage broker is 90% sure he will secure us a mortgage offer tomorrow - which means we will be starting to house hunt again very soon ! It has been along time coming and I can't wait to tell our letting agent !! Let's hope the broker comes up trumps !

For those just starting out - life does get better, however I really value our time in our IVA as it taught us so much - and I will always share my experiences with you all who are on their own debt free journey !

Great post Luluj! Love to see success stories on here, I'm sure it helps people out, no matter where they are in their IVA's.

That's brilliant news - no need to apologise - it makes a change to hear good news at the moment.

That's fantastic new's! i think 4 months is quite good from what i've read.

our F&F was only a few weeks ago so expect it'll be a bit longer yet.
