Hi everyone ... hope you are all doing well ... long time no 'speak' ... good to see that you are all still around and that IVA.co.uk is still doing all its good works as usual.

Can anyone remind me how long the 'bad debts' stay on one's credit report and what one has to do to have them removed.

And are there any new advances on car hire companies ... Duncton are still doing cars for the likes of us folks but they've gone over to car finance rather than providing a car.

Incidentally, to all you folks going through this stressful journey at the moment ... I am very proud to say that I am yet another success story of these great folks at IVA.co.uk.[:)]

I know the IVA drops off 6 years from date of acceptance is this the same for all debts?

I don't know of any other car lease companies sorry.

Dunctons were the only ones for us last mtg .... No one else would touch is even though Iva Ended!

Dunctons are the only company that I am aware of that will finance people with IVAs etc.
Is it six years since the start of your IVA ? did you do a full and final settlement in the end ?
