Hi

I have just heard that Blair Endersby has ceased taking on any new IVA's and their back book of IVA's have been sold to Grant Thornton so people who have IVA's with Blair might want to contact them

Thanks

I've no idea about this but we do have a representative of BE on the forum and I'm sure all people who are with BE will be contacted in due course in respect of the management of their IVA. x

I've not heard that either - hopefully the representative or one of the professionals can come on and comment about it.

Even if this were true, those clients with BE will have nothing to worry about as they will be automatically transferred across to the new company.

I haven't heard about this either. As Jan says if it is true anybody already with BE has nothing to worry about.

I heard the same on Friday and meant to post about it then but unfortunately things have been so mad over the weekend that it completely slipped my mind.

I would echo what Jan has said though, clients of BE needn't fear anything from the switch.

Regards.

I've heard the same.

Grant Thornton are a good company and BE clients have nothing to worry about.

Morning, Sorry Im just catching up on the forum.

Is this for new Blair Endersby Clients?

Im just wondering because one of our posters IVAs seems to be taking along time getting sorted.
Im with BE & really quite settled with how they deal with my IVA.

Hi Kaza,

Yes Im sure we will be notified & Grant Thornton are a good one as the others have said.
My thinking is that they have stopped taking on "new" IVA clients & sold their back log of recent clients, due to the work load they already have. I cant see yours or mine been sold but Im not a 100%,
will have to wait & see what the BE rep says or one of the experts.

Hi

The "old" IVA clients have been sold so it is likely that you will have a letter from Blair and Grant Thornton informing you of the change

JUst phoned them and they are making arrangements for all to go over to G T , they were told on Friday so were surprised that it had leaked so soon

I was originally with Wilson Phillips and we were transferred to GT. Cannot fault them at all! Touch wood I have only had contact with them via post when my annual review takes place but the one time i called them to query something they were very efficient and helpful! To all of you that are transferring, have no fear you are in safe hands!

To all BE posters whom may find this news unsettling.

Im with BE too and going through/approaching my 3rd review, Im positive everything will be fine & Im not worried about the change over.

Thank you lizwalker for the boost of confidence regarding Grant Thornton x
