Hi all,

I have been told that debts under £1000 cannot be included in an IVA, is this true?

thanks

I believe all unsecured debts have to be included in a IVA, otherwise it is like favoriting a specific creditor which is not allowed.

TheMatrix is correct - all unsecured have to be included, no matter how small.

Looking at previous posts, Lazarou is already in an IVA.

Lazarou - do you have any debts outside of the IVA?

Hi - as has already been said all unsecured debts should be included. Personally, two of my debts which went into the iva were under £1000 - a credit card and an OD.
