Hi all.

I haven't been on for a while as I found myself constantly scanning and worrying myself silly so I avoided the forum for a few weeks.

Just thought I'd come on to say our creditors meetings are tomorrow (hubbie and I have interlocking IVA proposals), and I am feeling butterflies to say the least!

Our proposal is a tiny bit complicated as it includes a credit card debt of my husbands from Australia so the legalities are a little unclear with regards to inclusion within the IVA but our IP has advised to include them anyway and see how they respond.

So everything is crossed for tomorrow...really feeling quite nervous now!

Yikes!!! [?]

The Australian debt should be bound under the terms of the IVA so I would not worry too much about that.

Thanks Melanie. I figure that if it could be included under a bankruptcy, then the same in theory should apply to an IVA. Either way they will get more under the IVA terms than the 'zilch' they would get under a bankruptcy. Fingers crossed!

Good luck, has news of whether your proposal has been accepted filtered through yet?
