Hi Lisa,
Exactly what is the matter with your IVA, can you give us a bit more info and one of our experts may be able to help you.
Which company are you with?

OK, here goes... i have posted in regards to some of these concerns.
1.When we started i was covering Maternity leave and recieving acting up pay, this was the amount calculated for our contribution. I Went back on to my normal salary in September and now i have to do overtime to earn the additional this is a difference of 143 per month if i dont get any we're in real trouble its tough enough, plus i'm not getting any benefit from the 10% 50/50 rule, I have no documentation on the amounts i need to pay from overtime.
2.Our Review was due in March and i recieved a printed income and expeniture sheet with amounts that were different from the original used in the proposal. I have questioned this and was told "sometimes these figures change". ??
We are really struggling and more worry doesnt help...

If you have concerns you should list them and then make an appointment with your IP. If this does not work out to your satisfaction you do have the option of making a complaint through the internal complaints procdure firstly and ultimately you can complain to the regulators.
Hopefully you can resolve the problems without having to make formal complaints as this is generally much better all round. If you have been approached by a company advising you that you were missold an IVA be very careful as you could end up in a much worse situation.

Try emailing the IP directly via this link Lisa:

Contact them and tell them you want a face to face meeting with your IP to address your concerns. Your IP has a duty to meet with you to discuss your case and it would probably be beneficial for you all.

Thanks again,
Im really terified...
On another note, my car needs new tyres and i have told them this, but to get any help through a payment break i have to get the tyres and send in the receipt first. if i had the money I would'nt have asked. guess i'm not getting any tyres...

I'm surprised they're not letting you get the tyres first! How on earth do they think you're going to afford them?

Hi Lisa - would the tyre company give you a written quote of what the tyres will cost and you use that instead? It is impossible for you to buy them first with money you haven't got!
I hope you get things satisfactorily resolved with your IP.
Keep us posted

I think it's really bad that they won't sanction a payment break before the tyres are bought. Once they're done you can send them the invoice. I hope you get it sorted.
