ring a couple of estate agents and tell them you are thinking of selling your house-they usually give you the market value in writing-and its free.
Our house was valued on one of the property sites by our iva firm before entering into iva-as a few houses had sold recently in our area the valuation would have been about right.
Wont your firm just look at doing this aswell?

tried the latter but they said an estimate wouldn't do may have to give a few more estate agents ago and tell a lie or two.

Nice to see you Fuzzy - hope you are well.

Try any high street agent and tell them you are moving and need a valuation quickly and ask for it in writing.

ALso ask for a quick Sale valuation - these are likely to make a massive diffrence
