Hi could anyone advise me, i am reciept of travel expenses through my work which = around 180 per month which are not included in my IVA as im expected to maintain a car for my job, could i take advantage of my company lease car scheme, which would mean having a new car on lease for 200 a month but this includes all insurances, road tax maintainance etc so i wouldnt be affecting my I and E and i wouldnt out of pocket.

Hi there & welcome to the forum from me.
Not sure on this one but Im a sure someone with more knowledge than myself will be along to advise. It does seem like a good opportunity that would work well in your favor, a quick chat with your IP should be able to sort this out, why not give them a call.
Let us know the out come Swan x

Not sure of the answer but I would run it past your IP as I can't see a problem if it doesn't affect your return.

I think there are some lease companies that will take people in an IVA but someone else will probably know the details (sorry, I don't)

If its not going to affect your return I cant see it being a problem. But you do need to run it past your IP whom can grant you permission to take out this form of a agreement in your IVA.

As the rest of posters say - run it by your IP - as they say "keep him/her in the Loop"
Prevents any problems in the future
