Hi all

What involvement do the company that hold your mortgage have in the whole IVA process? Do they validate figures like outstanding mortgage and payment (which I did during the paperwork stage), or is it more for info and they have no input?

Just wondering really!!

Cheers!

Your mortgage company have no say in the IVA procedure other than supplying you with figures and being informed when the IVA has been approved.

It is only the unsecured creditors who have a say in what happens.

Thanks Kallis!

As part of the annual review, do you have to send mortgage statements as well?

You did go a bit mental there!

I've never sent in my mortgage statement for the annual review - it will depend upon the company though as different ones ask for different things.
