Almost 12 months into an IVA and we are now thinking of moving home.What problems if any will this cause?

If you are buying your home you will find it difficult to secure a mortgage with anyone other than your existing lender. You will need your IPs permission to purchase a new house and will probably have to retain any equity that you have
If renting you may find that being in an IVA will cause problems with the letting agent, unless you use your existing agent
