Has anyone got any details of this company, i have completed my IVA and i get a feeling im going to have loads of hassle getting these to update my credit report.

I've never heard of them Neil. You try looking at Companies House to see if there is anything on there.

Google them Neil - I just have and it doesn't make for nice reading! They're not a nice company at all.

I was looking at my credit report and there has not been any activity since January from them.
Is there any tips you can give me to sort them out.
I only have 2 left that need sorting.

If they have defaulted after the date of IVA acceptance then you should write to them and tell them to remove those defaults. Send a copy of your completion letter.

Follow the correct channels or the complaint will be bounced - letter and copy of completetion certificate (recorded delivery to company - Data controller)allow 28 days.
Failing them acting on this information then report them direct to the Information Comissioner, including copy of letter (postage etc )Again send recorder delivery
