I have thankfully recently settled my IVA. I probably would be able to find the answer to my question if I trawled through all my correspondence but i have ME now and get exhausted.

I thought it would be simpler to ask the question here.

Would there have been a charge put on mu property when i originally entered my IVA.

Hi and nice to see you again.

No, there will have been no charge on your property. There would have been a restriction placed by the IVA company but that should have been taken off now.

Kazza. I have moderate M.E and was at the docs last week sorting out better pain control (need to dose up to keep working ... which is kind of self - defeating with M.E) ... anyway --- he mentioned in passing that I might have a bit of fibromyalgis there too (difficult to tell what causes what these days!) .... didn't really give it much thought, but something else to look forward to !!!!!

It's awful foggy. It affects my legs and shoulders and feels like pain you get with flu. I'm also in catch 22 with all the meds make me tired, then I can't work but I need the pills to be able to work. lol - madness!!

I have not received an e-mail from you recently Elizabeth, and I may be busy but I always respond to incoming mails. Can you send them again please.

Melanie - apologies I had misspelt your email details when adding to mhy contacts so you would not have got the email. I thought it was strange when I didn't hear from you as I know you have always responded.

I have emailed separately again as well.

Many thanks and apologies once again for all your help.

Elizabeth
