Hi, I think a few of our forum members are clients of GT and will be along very soon to give their views.

Hi,

Im with Gt. They have been very good up until recently where their customer service has dropped off. I mean in terms of them coming back to me on queries.

Regards
Geoff

Hi RRones,

I was also a BE client transferred to GT, during the transfer my 3rd review was due so I was alittle worried. But Im glad to say it went through as normal & no increases in regards to my payments.
I also had major car problems occur in May & I needed to take a 2 month payment break, which GT were very understanding & authorized it on first contacting them.
I also had a change in Income & Expenditure after the review, which I spoke to them & emailed & posted the information off to them. Just got a reply by post & everything is fine & to continue as normal.
Its been quite a busy few months of problems & changes for me these past few months since starting with GT & they have been spot on for myself & my husband.
I know with taking over BE's Clients they have been slow to getting back to people & the phone lines are always busy, but Im sure we are in good hands x

i m with GT and although they are difficult to contact if you don t get someone first time, they are very good once you enter into dialogue.more to the point they are incredibly pro customer in monetary stakes and putting forward your point of view....this above all is why i rate them.they got me a 14p dividend return and after 3 payments i can maintain a budget ,they put together a very manageable offer at a time i most needed help,i can only thank them for that help at that time.i have heard nothing from them since( i don t really want too)but can only assume things are ok.they did what seemed necessary in a swift fashion and got my result quickly, having nothing to compare it too,it seemed painless and swift.thumbs up from me so far.

Is there anything we can help with Rones?

I know some posters have had a long wait getting through by phone, but Ive not been kept on hold for more than a few minutes if I have not got through straight away.
Email is sometimes the best way as it cant get lost as things do in the post, hence why I send things recorded.

Great until the BE takeover.

They seem swamped at present though unfortunately. It currently takes me between a week to 2 weeks to get replies to emails and I simply cannot get through via the 'phone until after 5pm. However, the only staff available at this time can't deal with your queries and therefore take a message and get someone to 'ring you back'. These messages don't seem to work however.

Fantastic when contacted eventually though.
