Hi all,

been looking on my final report and it says my ip has sent a copy of the certificate to all my crediters,do i still have to send a copy registerd post to them all. should i wait a while then check my credit report on all three credit agencies before sending copies. advice appreciated.

There's no rush, you have until the 6th anniversary of acceptance to clear things up, record-wise. First, make sure that all defaults are registered prior to or on the date of acceptance of the IVA, so that they all drop off at the right time. I would send copies of the certificate to Experian, Equifax and Call Credit, asking for the IVA to be marked satisfied. Then it's a wating game for that 6th anniversary, I think.
