Hi Dodge --- the important thing is you DID make it -- and all of the creditors are bound by your IVA -- so relax and don't fret about who did and didn't vote [:)]

The feeling will pass. You'll love the fact that the postman walks straight past your door and the phone only rings when friends and family call!

It doesn't seem to follow any set pattern Gemma. My store cards didn't vote from what I can remember, Lloyds TSB voted no and they were one of my smallest creditors.

I'm sure you'll be fine.

Yeah I agree that it doesn't follow a pattern. All of my major creditors voted yes, RBS, EGG, Nationwide, student loans company, only one to reject was Hsbc for a minor debt. I was surprised they all went for it especially the student loan company, I didn't even think they could be included and nearly left them off but fortunately I was upfront with my IP and they sorted it for me. Don't try to predict the outcome, most IVAS are voted yes. Some money to your creditors is better than no money in a bankruptcy!

Gemma - I understand it is a worrying time. There is no rhyme or reason to the voting. Grant Thornton voted on behalf of Barclaycard, Capital One and Egg and bizarrely voted yes to all apart from hubby's capital one card where they didn't vote. MBNA didn't vote (told that's not unusual) and I don't think Fashion World or Creation Finance voted.
As long as they can see the best offer is on the table I'm sure you'll be fine.

Gemma - out of 18 creditors only 2 voted no and they were Barclaycard and Ikano (principles store card). All the others who bothered to vote were yes x
