Hoping today may bring some better news...just phoned my IP who is now back of his holidays (thank god) and he has comfirmed that he has heard back from Grant Thornton this morning who apparantly represent Barclaycard and such like? Well, thay have agreed to the full and final and now we are just waiting back on the Insolvancy exchange who apprantly deal with the major banks such as Hsbc, Barclays etc for their decision.....so FINGERS CROSSED a decision should be made this afternoon and then we can be all agreed! My nerves can't take much more!

Thanks guys...whilst we have had that piece of fab news today...last night my husbands car which was parked outside the house was run into by a uninsured, disqualified and drunk driver who was in a stolen car!!! Hes ploughed into my husbands car and has written it off!!! And we have today been informed that as my husband is only third party fire and theft weve to "sort it ourselves". Our insuranxe company dont wanna know! So unfair!!!
