Good news indeed! Lets hope (understandably frustrated) customers give them an opportunity to resolve issues.

Remember for every frustrated client, there are probably 99 happy ones who are benefitting from a very good service from their IP.

Absolutely! I'm sure the current problems will be short lived, and business as usual will be resumed soon...

It will be good to have a GT representative on the forum for sure.

A warm welcome is always given here to all posters, always a benefit for the forum to have a representative of a company post.

I for one am looking forward to having an expert from the company I use, it will be good to have another avenue of contact. From what others of said about contacting them via telephone, contact via this forum will be a godsend. Luckily I haven't needed to contact them once I recieved my wage slips back 6 - 8 weeks ago.
Welcome Grant Thornton you will be a valued memeber of the expert section along with the other fantastic experts who post here.

This is good news and I am sure all of us who are with GT will welcome their expert with open arms!
The advice from the experts on this forum is invaluable for all of us and a complete god send and I look forward to having a rep from my own company posting on here soon. This will undoubtedly ease the worries that a few of us are experiencing right now! :)

Hi all....thats great stuff that GT will be on here. Like I have said previously, they have been great with me. Always got back to me very quickly, even just the other day i emailed them stating im looking at buying a house....they said they will try and speed up the completion certificate for me! I also got a letter stating i have finished my IVA but now just have to await the certificate.
I am sure everyones problems will be sorted soon!

Good news there will be another form of contact for GT. I do hope people go easy on him/her. I have not had any issues getting hold of them but still will be good

We, at Grant Thornton, are delighted to be part of the IVA Forum.

Whilst we have not had a formal presence here previously, we have monitored it for some time to let us act on our clients' concerns.

We will always be working to improve our customer service and exceed our clients' expectations - we see a presence on the forum as part of this improvement.

If for some reason you are having difficulty contacting us please email ivacustomerservices@uk.gt.com and ensure that "IVA Forum" is all that is entered in the subject line of the email.
