Hi. About to complete in Dec. What happens once I complete the final payment please.

Hi Charlie.

Once you complete then you will get a letter confirming this. Time scales vary from IP to IP.

You can then check with the Credit Reference Agencies - Call Credit, Experian and Equifax and make sure that all defaults are before the date of IVA acceptance. If not, write to those creditors who have continued to default enclosing a copy of your letter and tell them to remove those defaults.

Great stuff thank you.

Next will be to clear the final payment in Nov, saved for it with the IP agreeing to pay it early. Will this speed things up.
Need to look at the RG document preventing sale of my house, forget what number it is. Do they send a document to me.
Cant wait to press the button and delete the standing order after my final confirmed payment.

I have kept my head down since I started this process and want to let other know how the experience I went through, once it is all over.

Respect to all. Although, I think there is another wall around the corner to block first, surprise me and then have to knock down.

Your ip will nform the land registry that you have finished so the restriction will be lifted.
