Hi my wife is currently planning to return to work in the financial sector and has been offered a temporary position with a major financial institution. She has been told that a credit check will be made. Will our joint IVA prevent her from work and if so are there any steps we can take?

Your wife needs to fund out what criteria the firm has and it will depend on what she will be doing. I tbink she needs to be honest and tell them about it.
