What is the procedure for complaining about my original iva provider as when my circumstances changed financially they did nothing for 12 months and then my account was passed on to another provider?

Hi rodmunch - can iask the name of the company ? - start with the internal complaints procedure - then follow the complaint steps. If you dont this any higher authority will bounce the complaint back.

Hi Rod. All of BE's clients were passed on to Grant Thornton, who, hopefully will be able to iron out any wrinkles.
