Is there any way of keeping my PPI claim money ?

Hi john welcome the the forum - If you are in an IVA - chances are it will all go into the iVA. Sometimes the creditors use it to pay off a portion of the debt you owe them,or even by pass you and send it to the IP direct.

As Ginger has said, if you are already in an IVA and make a PPI claim you will not be able to keep any PPI money you are awarded. It will be paid into your IVA. Not necessarily a bad thing as ultimately your creditors are getting more of their money back which is the ultimate goal of an IVA.
