just had this and there is no increase in payments.
they was very good about expenditure and told me things have gone up quite a bit so there was no dramas about increasing my budget.
very pleased with the way it was done and the outcome.
i can relax a bit now untill the next one which will prob bring up the equity claus.
well done payplan(and me[:D])

We have just completed filling in our I&E for our first review. Probably won't breath easy until we hear the outcome. Can't say this first year has been easy, in fact the last four months have been a nightmare, but trying to keep optimistic.
Well done to you, 3 years down, can you see the light at the end of the tunnel yet????

Excellent news back on track - lovely to hear its all going well.
I think 3 years is a turning point because its either half way for some with 6 year IVAs. Or its on the downhill stretch to the finish line

thats how I feel about our IVA now

thanks all.
yes i can see the light and yes it on the downhill slope.
i have the equity claus in but trying to look into the future i dont think i will have the required amount come month 54 so hopefully its just 5 years.
i got the 12 months if there is any built in but cant see it myself unless house prices rocket.
payplan have been ace on the last 2 reveiws and i cant praise my case worker highly enough for her manner and compotant way she did the reveiw.
heres to the next one

just out of interest, when you have a review, do you have to send all the paperwork off that you did when you first set your plan up? I E bank statements, copies of bills etc? - should I be saving anytjong ie tesco receipts etc?

hi clee, your IP will give you a list of what is expected, I personally put in any bills as proof if they've gone up a lot. I've never had to send bank statements but that does vary between companies. I send in wage slips three monthly, my P60 and I do believe that's it.

no i dont do any sending off.
its all done by phone and you go through any problems you might have had and are you struggling with anything.
then you go through your income and expenditure and you tell them what they are and up them if you need to.
they will tell you if its ok and then at the end you have your tally up.
this is with payplan,i dont know how other ips work but doing it voice to voice as they say you can iron out anything there and then and no misunderstandings are left at the end.
then you can see the instant results on payplan plus which is payplans online site with all you detatils and paperwork there to access.
works brill as i noticed a error and was able to put right straight away.
it nerve racking up to your call but then when your doing it its a pleasure to have somebody there who i think genually care(my opinion speaking from my experiance)
pat on the back to nick and payplan from me anyway
