Hey guys, I am currently writing to the data controller of a couple of creditors who have incorrectly defaulted my account after completion of my iva....I have kindly got a template letter from The Matrix but I am stuck where it tells you to put in your CRA ref number......I wanted to just send one letter to each creditor but surely the CRA reference numbers will be different for each of the agencies? Also. I have my stat reports from Experian and can't see a CRA ref number on it? Any ideas guys?

Hi Beckie - I've written a couple of letters off today myself to get default dates sorted, but just put my old account number on each letter. On the Experian report, if you wanted to quote a reference, each entry has "entry number" next to it, mine for example has C1, C2, C3 etc, but not sure if they would need this to amend the report. If they do, I guess I will be having to write to them again!

I think the old account numbers should be fine - all of mine have been sold on but the reference number on any letters remained the same.
