I own a company and have appointed a director who I think is in an IVA that he is not paying as we receiving a lot of post regarding this. Is there any way I can find out if the director is facing any bankruptcy charges for not paying his IVA.

Hi Dave and welcome.

I don't think there is any way you can find this out. He will be on the Insolvency Register if he is an IVA but unless BR is declared then I don't think you can find out.

Hopefully one of the experts can advise further.

Hi
Search the online Insolvency Register to see if he is in an IVA. If he is not paying it he will risk bankruptcy

Also search the London Gazette, (google it) if you know his name and post code you can probably find out about any bky proceedings.

I doubt you will find out if he is facing charges, only if he is bankrupt.

The London Gazette will only show those already bankrupt, same as the Insolvency Register will.
