The day is nearly here my creditors meeting is tommorow at 10am and im really feel sick i had a terrible nights sleep last night and i feel like crap today. I think im in for another rough night tonight but only good think is im at work while my meeting is on tommorrow but my wife is at home but i am on hand if needed. I have ben told to ring at 10.15am so maybe i will get an answer by then. Just hope it gets accepted, will post on here tommorrow afternoon once i get an answer x x

Hi Steve - we all know what you are feeling like just now. I remember going out the night before so I wasn't sitting at home stewing, and I really wish I hadn't as I felt a bit short tempered with people!! I will be looking in tomorrow to see how you got on x

Hi Steve - we're all rooting for you - I know it doesn't give you a better night's sleep tonight but 11am will be here before you know it and hopefully all this will pale into the background.

I sometimes find that if I can't sleep I then try to stay awake and lo and behold I nod off! Also if you focus your attention on a positive outcome and what it will feel like and how life will be then you will feel better instead of so anxious. If you're focussing all your thoughts and attention on something it may as well be on the result being positive than it being negative. You can't change anything now so its not like you have any influence. Human nature takes us down the bad path but we cna override that.

Hope you get some sleep and here to tomorrow at 10.15 when the world will look a different place!
