just thought i'd give an update about link financial. last week after my initial telephone meeting cccsva indicated that link were dead against IVAs. but after giving cccsva consent to contact them about my proposal, Link have emailed back. they haven't said a definate no, and they haven't said yes. but they have said they will consider my proposal of 24p in the pound repayment. i know they can still refuse it , but i can't help feeling slightly more optomistic about it now. just keeping everything crossed now!!!
