Hi,

I havent posted on here for a while but i am hoping someone maybe able to help me out with some advice. We have just come out out of our fixed rate mortgage deal last month and although our payments have gone down we were wondering if we could look around and see if we could pay even less. We have never missed a payment with our current lender and had a 4 month break earlier this year whilst on maternity. We currently pay 260 for our DMP. How would i go about this.

Any help would be geatly appreciated.

You could approach a mortgage broker and ask them to search the whole of the market for you to see if this was possible or approach some lenders direct ...
If you look in the 'experts' list on the forum Ryan's details will be there and he may be able to offer a suggestion or too as to how to take this forward ..

I would recommend checking your credit file first. if you have any defaults showing on your file you may not be eligible for the best deals on the market.
