Hi All

We had a PPI claim that was succesful recently. As it was for more than £500 it was captured by the windfall clause. We asked our IP to look at a variation and a meeting was arranged, very speedily I have to say. The meeting was held yesterday and we where succesful in our request. We now get to keep the payment which will allow us to carry out some redecoraton to our property after a refurb by the landlord.

Our thanks and gratitude to Michael, Ronan and all the team at McCambridge Duffy for their dedication in resolving this.

I believe if essential repairs are needed that can be justified then windfall monies can be kept for this purpose with agreement but obviously this will vary from company to company
