My IVA was agreed in March 2011 and shares the equity from the sale of my then home between the creditors. The house was sold and funds paid to administrator in September. I was not required to make any other payments. I am just completing the annual review of income versus expenditure. Once the funds have been disributed is that it or will I still be subject to review and will the IVA still be in operation for the next four years??

The IVA should conclude if you were not required to make any further payments after the sale of the house. There will be no further reviews and you will be discharged from your responsibilites soon I would hope.
If the funds were with your IVA firm in september they have had 4 months to distribute things and tie up the loose ends. I would give them a call tomorrow to ask when you can expect things to conclude.
What company are you with?

Hi and welcome.
Was this a full and final offer IVA? If so then you should soon be receiving a completion letter but I would do as Paul says and speak to your company tomorrow.

Hi Paul and Jan,
Thanks for the replies.
Grant Thornton. Upfront they were brilliant and very helpful. The customer services team however do take protracted time and need chasing up to respond to any questions and have only updated me on progress if I contact them. Maybe they are overstretched or is that the norm in your experience??

Try emailing Karol at GT directly:
ivacustomerservices@uk.gt.com and ensure that "IVA Forum" is all that is entered in the subject line of the email
She is usually pretty good at getting back to people.
