I have recently been approved for an IVA, made 1 payment have another 2 to make, then have a payment break of 9 months (maternity leave) then to resume payments when I return to work.
In the IVA i have housing benefit overpayment included. When I am on maternity leave will I be able to claim for housing benefit help again?

I've no idea on this one at all I'm afraid. If you were allowed to claim it again then it would go down as income and may well affect your IVA payments.
