I'm currently in an IVA. I'm 4 years in and my dad has offered to pay my IVA early. If this is settled now, does it mean my credit can be started to be re-built from now?

Your credit rating will be affected for six years from the date the IVA commenced unfortunately, but there is no harm in you offering a full and final settlement as at least this may bring the IVA to an early conclusion.
