Hi Mel

Hope you are well. I rang the office this morning and spoke to Laura. I told her that I've got a bill for my contents insurance which is due next month. I've also got my car tax to go out too. I explained that I might find these payments difficult, so asked about a payment break for 1 month. She explained that while you don't give permission as such, so long as I only missed one month, then I wouldn't put my IVA at risk. I really don't want to go into arrears, but may have to miss a month. I will increase my payments from the end of Feb to £200 and will pay extra on top of that if I can.

Could you let me know if this is ok?

The ask a question link will always put a post on here. Do you not have Mel's email address on any of your paperwork at all?

I didn't realise that Jan. I will send her an e-mail with the question on. Is there a way of taking this off the forum at all?
