Hi all,
Hope everyone is enjoying 2012....!!
Just a quick (and daft) question - I'm in a sole IVA, so I know I have to send all my payslips at annual review time. Do I have to send Mrs DK's? Nothing is mentioned in the proposal!
I'll phone them tomorrow, was just wondering..!
Cheers!!
DK

I provided copies of my wife's payslips when applying for my IVA but never since. I'm just coming up to my fifth annual review and have never been asked for them.

Your IVA company will not usually ask for your partners income. After all your partner is not in an IVA and therefore has no relationship with your IP. As Langerbridge has stated they usually ask you to confirm that there is no change in your partners income.
One situation where they could possibly ask for evidence is if your partner can no longer afford to pay 50% of the bills and you are supporting them. In this scenario they may well ask for evidence.
P.S. Definitely not a daft question!
