anyone having any trouble with this company just had another letter from the 4th collection agency regarding a £92 debt from british gas in 2006!! im sure it is on my iva but if not i think i may make a phone call to get it added, every other company has accepted that i am in an iva when i have given them the reference number and company i am with (GT) but the very rude woman on the phone today turned round and said they dont take details for iva's and will take me to court! and she had the cheek to tell me the phone call was being recorded so my response was good take note, i am in an iva and my reference number is ******(number)[:)]!! bye bye and i hung up, but my question is if i have missed putting it on my iva what happens if they do take me to court? all the other companies i have told this too were fine and i have faxed letters over to GT and they havent said its not included in my iva so bit annoyed really . just having an off day thanks for any advice kyla xx

Hi Kyla,

If this is included in your IVA then you have nothing to worry about. Speak to GT just to confirm that it is included, or check your paperwork to make sure.

If they are included then let them do their worst - if they take you to court (highly unlikely) then they will be made to look fools.

If, for any reason, this has not been included then I'm sure it can be - especially for such a small amount.

Speak to GT to make sure.
